From Altitude CRM to a Signed Form and Back
Wealth Forms lives inside Altitude CRM. You build a form once, send it from a client's record, and approve the answers before they update that record.
1. Build or Bring Your Form
There are two ways to make a form, and both work the same way once they're sent.
- Design it in the form builder. Lay out fields on a simple grid: text, dates, Social Security numbers, single and multiple choice, addresses, signatures and initials. Add instructions, headings and page breaks where you need them.
- Upload a PDF you already use. Drop in a custodian or vendor PDF and place fields right on the page. Clients fill it online, and the finished copy matches the original layout.
Sections for dependents, beneficiaries, businesses and accounts can repeat, so a client with three kids adds three entries instead of squeezing them into one box. Pathfinder, Altitude's AI assistant, can help you draft a form in the builder.
2. Send It, Already Filled In
Send a form from a contact in Altitude CRM. Before it goes out, every field that maps to the client's record is filled in for them: names, addresses, employment, contact details, household members and more.
The email goes out under your firm's name. It's sent from your firm's verified sending domain if you have one set up, from your connected mailbox, or from wealthforms.com on your firm's behalf. You can set a default subject line for each form.
3. Your Client Confirms and Signs
They open the link
The link is unique to that client and that form.
They enter a one-time code
A Secure Form Code arrives by email or text. It expires in 10 minutes and works once. If it expires, they tap "Send a new code."
They check each page
Most fields are already filled in. They confirm what's right and change what's different. Answers save as they type, so they can stop and come back before the link expires.
They sign
Before signing, the client agrees to sign electronically. Then they sign and submit.
Forms fit any screen. On a phone, each page becomes a single column. Clients don't need an account or an app.
4. You Review, Then Apply
A submitted form lands on a review screen. Each field shows whether the client confirmed it or changed it, with the old value next to the new one. When it looks right, apply it and the client's record in Altitude CRM updates. Nothing changes until you do.
Need the paperwork too? Download the completed form as a PDF for the custodian, either fillable or flattened. Signed forms also produce a signed PDF that stays with the contact.
Clients Who Prefer Paper
Any form can be downloaded as a fillable PDF. When a client sends back a completed copy, or a scan of a printed one, upload it. The answers are read back into the same review screen your online forms use.
Track Every Form
The Forms workspace shows each form's status: not opened, in progress with a percent complete, submitted, applied or expired. Each contact's Forms tab shows their history.
Make It Yours
Import your firm's logo, colors and fonts in a click. Point your own web address at Wealth Forms so form links use a domain your clients already know.
